Returns Within 30 Days
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

  • All original tags and packaging must be intact.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

How to Request a Return

  2. If approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized items.

Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product and place a new order once the return is approved.

14-Day EU Right of Withdrawal
For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order or return items within 14 days of delivery for any reason, provided the item meets standard return conditions.

Refunds
